The JOURNAL OF FRONTLINE RESEARCH IN ARTS AND SCIENCE (ISSN: 2249-9903) accepts standard submissions across all branches of Science and Arts disciplines.

1. Manuscript Preparation and Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts must be prepared and submitted in either MS Word (DOC/DOCX) or LaTeX source format. Submissions prepared in MS Word should be formatted with double line spacing and standard page margins throughout the manuscript. Articles may be written in English or Assamese and must be submitted through the journal’s official online submission portal. Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, the corresponding author will be required to pay the prescribed Article Processing Charge (APC). Details regarding the APC and payment procedure will be communicated to the author after the acceptance of the manuscript.

2. Formatting Rules

• Title: Informative, brief, centered, and written in bold uppercase letters.
• Author's Name: Rendered in bold uppercase letters, immediately followed by the standard institutional address details. Use an asterisk (*) to signify the corresponding author alongside a valid email ID.
• Abstract: Structured as a summary statement not exceeding 250 words total, set up in bold sentence case.
• Key Words: For the Science discipline, the abstract payload must be accompanied by at least five relevant keywords.
• Text Structure:
  • Science Track: Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Result & Discussion, and Conclusion.
  • Arts Track: Introduction, Objectives, Analysis, and Conclusion.
  • Main headings should follow a BOLD UPPERCASE framework; sub-headings must use Bold Lowercase styling options.
• Acknowledgements: Placed appropriately at the termination point of your main research block.
• Notes and References: Sequentially organized using bold superscript numbers enclosed inside brackets (e.g., [1]) following the acknowledgements.
• Tables and Illustrations: Organized and separation-assigned on independent sheets with standard numbering. Image uploads require clear 300dpi resolution files format processed inside standard PNG/JPEG/TIFF parameters.

Policies & Review

• Plagiarism: Academic integrity rules strictly apply. All incoming submissions pass through dedicated duplicate screening protocols before assignment to independent subject evaluators.
• Review Process: Articles undergo blind external evaluations and are authorized for printing once professional peer reviews confirm selection.
• Processing Fee: Charges apply strictly on a per-author basis upon definitive acceptance of your article for publication.
• Reprints: The corresponding author receives a permanent soft copy file distribution layout in standard PDF format.

Submission Requirements

Authors submitting manuscripts to the Journal of Frontline Research (JFR) are required to provide accurate and complete submission information. A valid email address is mandatory for correspondence.

Submission Declaration

Submission of a manuscript to JFR confirms that:

• The manuscript is original and has not been published previously, except as a preprint, conference abstract, published lecture, academic thesis, or registered report.
• The manuscript is not under consideration for publication by another journal or publisher.
• All authors have approved the submitted version of the manuscript and agree to its submission.
• Where applicable, the responsible institution(s) or organization(s) in which the research was conducted have approved the submission.
• If the manuscript is accepted for publication in JFR, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form or substantially similar form, in any language or medium, without prior written permission from the journal.

Authorship

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial scholarly contributions to the work. Each listed author must have:

• Contributed significantly to the conception or design of the study, the acquisition of data, or the analysis and interpretation of data.
• Participated in drafting the manuscript or critically revising it for important intellectual content.
• Approved the final version of the manuscript prior to submission.

All authors share responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of the work and are accountable for addressing any questions related to its accuracy or ethical conduct.

Declaration of Competing Interests

Authors must disclose any financial, personal, professional, or institutional relationships that could influence or be perceived to influence the research or its interpretation.

• If competing interests exist, they must be clearly declared.
• If no competing interests exist, authors should include the following statement:
  "The authors declare that they have no competing interests."

Funding Statement

Authors must disclose all sources of financial support for the research and/or the preparation of the manuscript. The funding statement should identify:

• The name(s) of the funding organization(s);
• The role of the funder(s), if any, in the study design, data collection, data analysis, interpretation of results, manuscript preparation, and the decision to submit the manuscript for publication.

If the funding sources had no involvement in these activities, authors should state:
"The funding agencies had no role in the design of the study; collection, analysis, or interpretation of data; writing of the manuscript; or the decision to submit the article for publication."

Declaration of Generative AI Use

Authors must disclose the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the preparation of the manuscript at the time of submission. The declaration should specify:

• The AI tool(s) used;
• The purpose for which the tool(s) were used (e.g., language editing, grammar improvement, or content organization).

Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and scholarly content of the manuscript. Generative AI tools cannot be listed as authors because they do not meet the requirements for authorship or accountability.
